What we collect

• Contact and intake details you submit to start a scan or purchase a report: email address, company name, website URL, city/state, target borrower type, lead sources, and any competitor URLs you enter.
• Public website evidence — screenshots, page text, and detected signals we capture from the public site you submit (and any competitor URLs you submit) in order to generate the score and report.
• Payment information for paid products. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We store the Stripe session/customer identifiers and payment status needed to fulfill your order and process refunds.
• Usage data — aggregate product-usage events (for example, that a scan started or a report was unlocked) collected via Vercel Analytics, used to understand what's working in the product.
• Support and delivery correspondence — emails you send us, and records of report-delivery, sprint-scope, and monitoring-alert emails we send you.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your report and score; to process payments, subscriptions, and refunds; to deliver the Broker Win Sprint or monitoring you purchased; to send report-related and, if you opt in, promotional follow-up emails (you can unsubscribe from the promotional ones at any time); and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small number of infrastructure processors to run the product: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and product analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Website evidence and third parties

When you submit a competitor URL for a comparison report, we capture the same kind of public evidence (screenshots, page text, detected signals) from that site. We only scan publicly accessible pages, and this evidence is used solely to generate the comparison in your report.

Retention and deletion

We retain report and account data for as long as your account or report link is active, plus what we need for tax, accounting, and dispute records after a purchase. To request deletion of your data or a specific report, email revxl@gobotsai.com — we will confirm what can be deleted immediately versus what we're required to retain for financial recordkeeping.

Report links

A report's share link is unlisted, not password-protected: anyone with the link can view it. Do not share the link anywhere you would not want the report contents seen.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
