Terms of Service

These terms cover RevXL and its mortgage-vertical product, FundXL (together, "RevXL," "we," "us"). By running a scan, buying a report, or purchasing a Broker Win Sprint or Monitoring subscription, you agree to these terms.

What RevXL is — and isn't

RevXL performs marketing and UX QA on the public-facing pages of your mortgage website: response readiness, trust and licensing signals, apply-form friction, mobile usability, and compliance-sensitive copy. It is not legal, compliance, lending, or financial advice. Any compliance-sensitive flag in a report (for example, a rate shown without a nearby APR disclosure) is a detection heuristic meant to prompt a check by your own compliance or legal counsel — not a legal determination that a violation occurred.

The Full FundXL Report — $199

One-time purchase that unlocks the full evidence, recommended actions, and branded PDF for a report you generated. If the unlocked report does not contain at least three distinct, evidence-backed observations with a specific recommended action, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Broker Win Sprint — $2,000

A fixed-scope implementation engagement. The 48-hour delivery window starts only once the versioned scope, required access, payment, and any compliance approvals are complete. Delays caused by you or a third party extend the deadline; delays we cause do not. If we miss the adjusted deadline on work within our control, the paid implementation fee is refunded. A report purchased before the Sprint is credited toward the Sprint price at checkout.

Exposure Monitor — $49/month

Billed monthly with no fixed term. Cancel anytime from your account; you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and no partial-month refund is issued for the current cycle.

Authorized live response tests

Any live inquiry test — where RevXL submits a real lead to your intake path to measure response time — is run only with your explicit authorization, and only against your own site.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you're authorized to request a scan, live test, or implementation work on the websites you submit. Competitor URLs you submit for a comparison report are scanned using the same public-evidence capture as your own site — you're responsible for using that comparison lawfully and not for harassment, scraping abuse, or any purpose beyond evaluating your own borrower path.

Limitation of liability

RevXL reports and recommendations are provided on an as-is, evidence-based basis. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost leads, or regulatory exposure arising from your use or non-use of a report's findings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction: to be finalized and published here.

Changes to these terms
